Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

GST Management

Ensure accurate handling of Goods and Services Tax (GST) operations and compliance.
Prepare and file GST returns as per statutory requirements.

TDS Compliance

Prepare TDS return data and challans.
Ensure timely remittance and reporting of Tax Deducted at Source (TDS).

Invoice Process Establishment

Develop and streamline the invoice generation and approval process.
Maintain accuracy and consistency in invoicing procedures.

Revenue and Invoice Analysis

Regularly analyse revenue figures.
Confirm and reconcile pending invoices to ensure proper cash flow.

Cost Analysis and Publisher Billing

Analyze overall costs and expenses.
Enter and verify bills received from publishers and vendors.

Regulatory Documentation (15CA & 15CB)

Prepare and review 15CA and 15CB forms for cross-border payments.

Debt Collection

Monitor outstanding invoices.
Initiate collection procedures and follow-ups to recover dues.
