Job Profile:

Collection from Customers

• Follow-up with the customers, to collect all dues
• Liaise with the hotel teams to resolve issues and disputes raised by the customers in invoices
• Ensure that all dues are collected from customers in line with the targets
• Coordinating with the Hotel and Customers to reconcile the customer accounts and obtain balance confirmations on annual basis
• Periodic review of outstanding ledger and monitor incoming payment
• Responsible for compiling all group billing
• Focus on minimizing the AR outsnaidng balance
• Ensuring timely and correct accounting for collection and timely patching and clearing of receipts

Candidate Profile

• Good command over spoken and written English; able to communicate effectively with members and members' offices
• Minimum 2-3 years in the accounts receivables department of a hotel
