Finance Coordinator

As a Finance professional, your role will involve managing Bank Guarantees (BG) and Letters of Credit (LC) to ensure compliance with company policies and banking terms. Your key responsibilities will include: - Prepare and process applications for Bank Guarantees in line with company policies. - Monitor BG validity, ensure timely renewals, and maintain accurate records. - Reconcile BG transactions and ensure compliance with banking terms. - Prepare and process Letters of Credit (LC) for international and domestic trade. - Ensure documentation accuracy for LC transactions. - Monitor LC limits, amendments, and expiry to ensure compliance with financial agreements. - Coordinate with banks to handle BG and LC-related queries, approvals, and discrepancies. - Negotiate terms and conditions with banks to optimize costs and minimize risks. - Ensure all BG and LC documentation adheres to regulatory and company standards. - Maintain detailed records of all transactions, approvals, and supporting documents. - Reconcile BG and LC transactions with company accounts. - Prepare periodic reports on BG/LC utilization, outstanding obligations, and related costs. - Assess and mitigate risks associated with BG and LC operations. - Work closely with procurement, sales, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of contracts involving BGs and LCs. - Provide financial guidance on BG and LC requirements for new and ongoing projects. - Suggest improvements in BG/LC processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. - Stay updated with industry practices, trade finance regulations, and banking policies.
