Job Description

Customer and bank liaison: Coordinate with customers to understand their financing needs and act as the point of contact with banks and NBFCs for loan approvals, disbursements, and follow-ups.
Documentation and compliance: Verify the accuracy of all finance-related documents and ensure they comply with both company policies and industry regulations.
Record keeping: Maintain accurate records of loan applications, approvals, and pending cases to ensure smooth transactions.
Sales and finance collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to align finance options with customer requirements and facilitate vehicle delivery.
Reporting: Track and report daily finance activities and loan status to management.
Problem-solving: Resolve any finance-related queries from customers or internal teams promptly.
Process improvement: Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
