Role Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Finance Controller to manage financial control, planning, and reporting functions. This role requires strong expertise in budgeting, financial forecasting, and financial modelling, along with experience supporting investor documentation and strategic finance initiatives. The position will work closely with senior leadership on financial planning and investor-facing deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Build and maintain financial models for business planning, expansion, and strategic initiatives
• Manage financial control functions including MIS, cash flow management, and cost controls
• Prepare and support investor decks, financial projections, and financial documentation
• Partner with internal stakeholders to provide commercial and financial insights
• Ensure compliance with statutory, audit, and internal financial processes
• Support leadership with scenario planning and data-driven financial decision-making

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a finance or controllership role
• Strong hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling
• Experience in financial control, MIS, and reporting
• Prior exposure to investor documentation or board-level financial materials is a strong plus
• Business degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
