Background

Finance Controller

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Reporting

• Assist in the preparation of

  monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

  in compliance with

  Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and IFRS

  .
• Develop and monitor

  financial forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis

  .
• Provide analytical insights to support strategic decision-making.

Compliance & Taxation

• Ensure compliance with

  GST, Income Tax, TDS

  , and other statutory regulations.
• Assist in tax audits, statutory audits, and internal audits.
• Liaise with auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.

Internal Controls & Risk Management

• Implement and enhance

  internal financial controls and risk management

  frameworks.
• Monitor adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Conduct periodic financial risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies

Cash Flow & Treasury Management

• Monitor and manage cash flows, fund allocations, and working capital.
• Optimize banking relationships and oversee treasury functions.

Operational Finance & Process Improvement

• Supervise accounts payable, receivables, reconciliations, and general ledger activities.
• Improve financial systems, reporting tools, and automation of finance processes.
• Support cross-functional teams with financial insights and operational efficiencies

Key Requirements:

• Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) Mandatory.
• Experience: 10-12 years of experience in finance, accounting, or auditing roles.
• Industry Preference: Banking, Financial Services, FinTech, or related industries.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Ind AS, IFRS, Direct & Indirect Taxation, ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally), and MS Excel.
