Job Description

Location: Navi Mumbai (Seawoods)

Role & responsibilities

Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing & reporting
Lead statutory audits, tax audits, and transfer pricing compliance
Ensure SOX & internal control framework is effectively implemented
Oversee regulatory filings and coordinate with internal/external auditors
Provide technical accounting support to business teams
Review contracts, cash flows, and financial risks
Drive automation, ERP enhancements, and process improvements
Lead and mentor the controllership team

Preferred candidate profile

CA with 6+ years of experience
Strong knowledge of US GAAP & Indian GAAP/Ind AS
Experience in audits, compliance, and internal controls
Hands-on with ERP systems & automation initiatives
Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills
