Finance Consultants

Key Responsbilities

• Handle

  inbound and outbound calls

  related to loan inquiries (personal, business, home, and gold loans).
• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate financial products.
• Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and internal teams for loan applications and processing.
• Follow up with leads to ensure smooth conversion and customer satisfaction.
• Achieve

  monthly sales and conversion targets

• Maintain lead records in CRM and prepare daily/weekly reports.

Requirements

• Education:

• Experience:
