Role Overview: We’re looking for experienced Telesales Executives who can connect with leads, build trust, and convert them into customers by pitching relevant financial products such as loans, credit cards, and insurance. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers and pitch financial products. Understand customer needs and offer suitable credit/loan solutions. Handle inbound leads and convert them efficiently. Maintain accurate lead records and follow up regularly. Achieve daily & monthly calling and conversion targets. Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term relationships. Requirements: 0–3 years of telesales experience , preferably in BFSI/Fintech. This is a cross-functional role where you’ll work directly with the founder and core team on multiple fronts — from execution to strategy. Key responsbilities Work closely with the founder to drive daily operations and project execution. Support marketing and business development activities. Research new market opportunities, fintech trends, and competitors. Coordinate with teams across sales, tech, and creative functions. Assist in partnership outreach, DSA onboarding, and reporting.
