Work closely with business leads to drive financial performance, understand and mitigate business risks, manage investments and accountability, and provide guidance to the team. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.- Should have influencing and Advisory skills.- Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions.- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems.- Lead financial strategy development for commercial projects.- Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance.- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Financial Accounting Core, Workday Core HCM.- Strong understanding of financial accounting principles.- Experience in financial analysis and reporting.- Knowledge of financial systems and tools.- Ability to interpret and communicate financial data effectively. Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 18 years of experience in Workday Financial Accounting Core.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A S and C Lead with experience in delivering finance projects is required.
