Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Bangalore for a Finance Change Manager. The Finance Change Manager will be responsible for managing finance-related projects, developing and implementing change management strategies, and ensuring the successful adoption of new processes and systems. They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with business objectives and support stakeholders through the transition process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Business, or related field
• 6–10 years of experience in finance change management, transformation, or consulting
• Proven experience in leading P2P or broader finance transformation programs
• Strong understanding of finance operations and change management with preferably some background in training
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) implementation
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills
• Ability to manage ambiguity and drive outcomes in complex environments
