Finance Business Partner, Energy+ APAC

As a Finance Business Partner at Pall Corporation, you will play a crucial role in leading the monthly forecasting and annual budgeting process for the Energy+ and APAC region. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with all business functions to analyze actual results versus expectations and build accurate future projections. You will be based in Pune, India. **Key Responsibilities:** - Prepare P&L and KPI results analysis, forecasts, and annual budget for the Energy+ APAC region - Create and present regular financial reporting packages to senior business unit leaders - Manage Energy+ APAC consolidation of business unit financial results, forecasts, and budgets - Prepare financial presentations for Energy+ commercial leaders and Energy+ Senior Finance Director - Enable achievement of Global business unit financial goals through analysis and management of regional performance - Assess risk and opportunities, and drive mitigation of identified risks and execution of identified opportunities to achieve financial targets - Partner with APAC sales team leaders to analyze price & margin results, pipeline, orders, revenue forecasts, economics of sales opportunities, and provide financial modeling and investment analysis support - Prepare working capital analysis to drive improvements in cash flow from operations - Conduct competitive intelligence to frame threats and growth opportunities and build long-term financial projections in support of the business unit strategic plan **Qualifications Required:** - CA with a minimum of 10-12 years of experience in finance roles, with a focus on financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting - Experience in the energy sector and APAC region is highly desirable - Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and financial reporting - Advanced knowledge of Excel and experience with financial software systems - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to present financial information clearly and concisely to senior business leaders - Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive business performance At Pall Corporation, a Danaher operating company, you will find a culture of belonging where your unique viewpoint matters.
