Job Description

Role: Finance & Accounts AssociateLocation: On-site – Mumbai

About The Role

Rentkar is looking for a detail-oriented Finance & Accounts Intern to support our growing rental operations. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing billing across e-commerce platforms, and ensuring compliance with GST and invoicing norms.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain day-to-day accounts in Tally with proper ledger management
Handle e-commerce billing and reconciliation for marketplaces & direct sales
Manage invoices, credit notes, and expense entries in Zoho Books
Use Clear for GST filings, e-way bills, and compliance tracking
Assist in payment follow-ups, bank reconciliations, and petty cash handling
Support month-end closing, MIS reports, and audit preparations
Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping for all financial transactions
