Finance Assistant - Accounts Receivable

As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to prepare, verify, and process invoices to ensure timely billing to clients. You will be tasked with monitoring the receivables ledger, following up on outstanding debts regularly, and maintaining accurate records of all accounts receivable transactions in the system. Additionally, you will assist in month-end closing activities by reconciling accounts receivable and collaborating with the collections team to develop efficient collection strategies. Your role will also involve supporting the preparation of financial reports related to accounts receivable and identifying and implementing process improvements for effective accounts receivable management. Furthermore, you will be required to assist in audit processes by providing requested documentation and information while maintaining the confidentiality of financial information in accordance with company policies. To qualify for this role, you must possess a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. A minimum of two years of experience in an accounts receivable role is essential for this position. Proficiency in accounting software and the Microsoft Office Suite is a requirement.
