Finance and Regulatory Reporting Analyst

Role Overview: As a Finance and Regulatory Reporting Analyst at Deutsche Bank in Mumbai, India, your main responsibility will be to ensure timely and accurate financial, regulatory, and risk reporting in accordance with regulatory and statutory requirements. You will be in charge of analyzing, preparing, and presenting key disclosures, coordinating with various stakeholders, and supporting external financial reporting activities. Key Responsibilities: - Support the delivery of external financial reporting activities and prepare notes to the Interim, 20-F Annual report, and other related sections as per relevant IFRS requirements - Assist in the delivery of reports like HGB and FINREP - Own the content and quality of disclosures and ensure timely submission to senior management, internal stakeholders, external auditors, and regulators - Respond to requests from external auditors and regulators for additional documentation - Perform ad hoc analyses on disclosures and related processes - Escalate process and management issues when necessary Qualifications Required: - Preferred knowledge of IFRS/GAAP - Experience in Financial Reporting, Consolidation, Legal Entity Close, etc. - 0-3 years of relevant work experience - Understanding of regulatory reporting and banking concepts - Proficiency in business applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office products - Excellent written and oral communication skills in English - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to work under pressure and focus on outcomes - Pro-active mindset and high self-motivation - Strong teamwork spirit and ability to work independently - Knowledge of banking products and IFRS requirements,
