Finance and Accounts Intern (HSR Layout, Bengaluru)

Role Summary

We are looking for a smart, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic Accounting Associate to support our finance operations. This role is perfect for a fresher or early-career candidate who has a strong foundation in accounting principles and is eager to grow in a fast-paced, purpose-driven organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day accounting activities including data entry, invoice preparation, and payment processing
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions in accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, or similar)
• Help in bank reconciliations, vendor account tracking, and employee reimbursements
• Support the finance team with documentation for audits, statutory filings, and compliance
• Assist in maintaining records for GST, TDS, and expense categorization
• Coordinate with internal departments for expense submissions and petty cash tracking
• Generate basic reports using Excel and support monthly closing processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field
• 0–1 year of experience in accounting, internships or project work in finance is a plus
• Working knowledge of Tally, Zoho Books, or similar accounting tools preferred
• Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and other compliance-related terms
• Good proficiency in MS Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to learn quickly and work collaboratively with teams
• Good communication and organizational skills

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
