Role Overview

As a Finance Analyst at Turium AI, you will play a key role in supporting and optimizing Turium ERP s Finance Operations modules. You ll work at the intersection of finance, technology, and AI, helping clients implement, analyze, and enhance digital finance solutions powered by Turium ERP, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Concur and SuccessFactors.

Working hours: This role requires availability during AEST / AEDT business hours.

Key Responsibilities

Support financial process implementation and optimization within Turium ERP
Conduct data analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and variance reporting
Collaborate with project teams to integrate SAP S/4HANA Finance and SuccessFactors HR functionalities into Turium ERP
Prepare and manage financial dashboards, KPIs, and management reports
Assist in testing, validation, and documentation of ERP finance processes
Partner with business users to streamline financial workflows and identify improvement opportunities
Participate in digital transformation initiatives involving AI-driven automation and reporting

Ideal Candidate Profile

Recent CA graduate preferred
MUST Bachelor s or Master s degree in B.Com / B.Com (Hons) / M.Com / BBA / MBA (Finance) / B.A. (Economics) / M.A. (Economics)
Strong foundation in financial principles and accounting standards
Interest or experience in ERP systems, financial automation, or data analytics
Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or SQL
Analytical mindset with attention to detail
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
