Finance Analyst

As a Finance Analyst at Eox Secure Solution Pvt. Ltd., your role will involve supporting financial planning, reporting, and compliance activities. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting in preparing Profit & Loss Statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow Statements. - Supporting budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis. - Tracking and reporting on cash inflows/outflows to highlight liquidity positions and gaps. - Preparing and maintaining MIS reports for management decision-making. - Assisting in ensuring tax compliance and coordinating with statutory auditors as required. - Collaborating with accounts, purchase, and operations teams to streamline financial processes. - Identifying potential financial risks and supporting the development of corrective measures. Qualifications & Skills: - Education: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / MBA Finance (preferred). - Experience: 1-3 years in accounting, finance, or financial analysis. - Technical Skills: - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling. - Familiarity with accounting software/financial reporting tools. - Knowledge: Understanding of taxation, statutory compliance, and accounting standards (advantageous). - Other Attributes: Analytical mindset, attention to detail, ability to work with cross-functional teams, and strong communication skills.
