Finance & Accounts Role

As a recently qualified Chartered Accountant, you have the opportunity to join the Finance & Accounts team of a leading MNC Bank at our office in Gift City, Gandhinagar. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Support the month-end and quarter-end closing activities, including preparation of financial statements and reports - Assist in the preparation of regulatory returns, internal MIS, and management reports - Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes - Ensure compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements - Work closely with internal stakeholders including Operations, Risk, and Compliance teams - Assist in audit-related documentation and support statutory, internal, and tax audits - Contribute to automation and process improvement initiatives in the Finance function To be eligible for this role, you should meet the following qualifications and background criteria: - Qualified Chartered Accountant with 0-1 year post-qualification experience - Articleship experience with reputed CA firms, preferably with exposure to audit or financial reporting - Strong understanding of accounting standards, financial principles, and regulatory frameworks - Proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with accounting software or ERP systems will be an advantage Additionally, the preferred candidate profile includes: - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and integrity - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Willingness to relocate to Gift City, Gandhinagar and work in a collaborative team environment - Proactive attitude with eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic work setting If you are looking to kickstart your career in financial management and possess the required qualifications and skills, this opportunity is ideal for you.,
