Audit Work: Handling external and internal audit work and preparing reports as required by auditors. Income Tax/ TDS/ TCS: Preparing Balance Sheet, Making Payments of TDS, TCS & Income Tax, Filing TDS & TCS Return. Import & Export: Knowledge of Import (Purchase) & Export (Sale), Document preparation for Export. Banking: Bank Reconciliation, RTGS, NEFT, Letter of Credit (LC), BG, FD, Day to Day banking-, Making Foreign Payments, Documents Preparation for Bank OD, Limit renewal and Enhancement, Negotiating with banks for new secured and unsecured business loans. Reconciliations: Reconciliation of Customers and Suppliers Accounts, Preparing Aging, Flow up Outstanding payments, Branch reconciliation, Tax Reconciliation, Stock Reconciliation GSTIN: Knowledge of GST, Filing GST Return and Paying tax accordingly. MIS: Preparing MIS report and several other reports as required by management. Invoicing: Making Sales Invoice, Issuing Inward and Outward Challan, Issuing Debit & Credit note etc. Team Handling: Team handling and addressing queries of my team members in day to day accounting work.
