We partner with top global manufacturers and supply advanced scientific & industrial equipment to IITs, IISERs, DRDO, ISRO, and semiconductor R&D centers across India.

We are scaling rapidly and are looking for a dedicated Accounts Executive to strengthen our operations team in Delhi.

Role & Responsibilities

Daily accounting entries in Tally Prime / Zoho Books / Busy

Prepare and issue GST invoices for customers

Handle vendor payments and expense tracking

Assist in GST filing, TDS, and statutory compliance

Bank reconciliation and monthly account closing

Support in import/export documentation (Bill of Entry, Form 15CA/CB, CHA coordination)

Maintain cashflow tracker and MIS reports for management

Requirements

Education: B.Com / M.Com / Semi-qualified CA

Experience: 2–4 years in accounts (preferably in import/distribution/trading company)

Knowledge of GST, TDS, and e-invoicing is a must

Working knowledge of Zoho (Tally/Busy is a plus)

Good communication & attention to detail
