Job Title: Finance and Accounts Executive Location: Ovum Hospitals – Corporate Office, Battarahalli & Hoskote Units Experience: Minimum 2–4 years (Hospital industry experience only) Gender Preference: Male candidates only Job Summary: Ovum Hospitals is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Finance and Accounts Executive to join our team at the Corporate Office , Battarahalli and Hoskote branch. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the hospital sector and be well-versed in managing finance and accounting functions in a healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities: Handle day-to-day accounting transactions and bookkeeping. Prepare and manage monthly financial reports and statements. Oversee billing, TDS, GST filing, and bank reconciliations. Manage vendor payments, purchase invoices, and petty cash. Coordinate with internal teams and auditors for financial reviews. Maintain compliance with hospital financial protocols and statutory norms. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Key Requirements: B.Com / M.Com / MBA in Finance or related qualification. 2–4 years of relevant experience in the hospital industry is mandatory . Strong knowledge of accounting software (Tally, Excel, etc.). Good understanding of GST, TDS, statutory compliance. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
