As a Sales Support Executive, your role will involve providing support to clients by understanding and meeting their needs. This includes making cold calls, following up with prospects multiple times during the sales cycle, and presenting the value of products and services effectively. You will also be responsible for analyzing data, developing sales strategies, and staying updated on company offerings and industry trends. Additionally, maintaining a database of contact information and building strong relationships with both external contacts and internal departments will be crucial for enhancing the customer experience.
