Finance & Accounting Specialist

• Accounting & Book Closures:

• Handle day-to-day accounting activities and ensure timely monthly book closures.

• MIS Reports & Business Reviews:

• Prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports and participate in business reviews.

• Statutory Audits:

• Manage statutory audits, ensuring compliance with IND-AS and German GAAP.

• Tax & Compliance:

• Ensure VAT, corporate tax, and local tax compliance across the organization.

• Budgeting & Forecasting:

• Prepare budgets, financial forecasts, and perform detailed financial analysis.

• Sales, Returns, & Receivables Monitoring:

• Monitor sales, returns, receivables, and inventory levels to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

• Cost Efficiency & Reporting:

• Drive cost-efficiency initiatives and support reporting via Power BI.

• Internal Controls:

• Implement and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure accurate financial reporting.
