Finance & Accounting Specialist

As a potential candidate for the position at Vaibhav Global Limited (VGL), a leading electronic retailer of jewelry and lifestyle products, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: - Handle day-to-day accounting tasks and oversee monthly book closures. - Prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports and conduct business reviews. - Manage statutory audits following both Indian Accounting Standards (IND-AS) and German Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). - Ensure compliance with Value Added Tax (VAT), corporate tax regulations, and local statutory requirements. - Develop budgets, forecasts, and perform financial analysis to support decision-making processes. - Monitor sales performance, returns, accounts receivables, and inventory levels. - Drive cost-efficiency measures and provide support for reporting using Power BI. - Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard financial integrity.
