Finance & Accounting Specialist

As a part of Vaibhav Global Limited (VGL), a leading electronic retailer of jewelry and lifestyle products, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Handle day-to-day accounting tasks and oversee monthly book closures efficiently. - Prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports and conduct business reviews to support decision-making processes. - Take charge of managing statutory audits following both IND-AS and German GAAP guidelines. - Ensure compliance with VAT, corporate tax regulations, and other local statutory requirements. - Play a key role in preparing budgets, forecasts, and conducting financial analysis for the organization. - Monitor sales performance, returns, receivables, and inventory levels to optimize operational efficiency. - Drive cost-efficiency initiatives and provide support for reporting through Power BI tools. - Implement and uphold robust internal control mechanisms to safeguard the financial integrity of the organization.
