Profile:Customer Support Associate

Education:B.COM / M.COM / CS / CA(INTER).

Location:New Delhi-110001

Experience:Minimum 2 Years.

Salary: 30-35K CTC (As Per Interview & Experience)


Customer Service Associate (CSA)

Educational Qualifications

v M.Com / CS (Inter) / CA (Inter) with minimum 60% aggregate marks

v Preference for CA (Inter) candidates

Experience

v Minimum 2 years of experience with a bank/company in managing accounts

v Knowledge of accounting entries & taxation (including GST) preferred

Skills & Requirements

v Proficiency in local language (must), working knowledge of English (banking requirement)

v Computer skills: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint

v Must be familiar with NCR region and residing in NCR for at least 2 years

v Own bike/two-wheeler for commuting

v Own laptop for office work

v Willingness to travel within NCR as per requirement
