Position:

Finacle Scripting & Core Banking Professional

Roles & Responsibilities

• Work on

  Finacle 11.x Core Banking product customization

  and development.
• Develop and enhance

  custom menus, product menus, batch jobs, MRT/Jasper reports

  .
• Handle

  Finacle Interfacing requirements

  including Product APIs, Custom APIs, Connect24, and Finacle Integrator.
• Perform

  EOD/BOD analysis, debugging, and defect resolution

  .
• Work directly with clients for requirement gathering, clarification, and solution delivery.
  
• Ensure best practices in

  coding, review, design, documentation, and unit testing

  .
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  
• Provide support during SIT, UAT, and production deployment.
  
• Analyze technical issues and provide robust, scalable solutions.
  

Technical Skills Required

• Strong hands-on experience in

  Finacle Scripting

  (Core Banking).
• Good understanding of

  Finacle Product Architecture

  , customization layers & flows.
• Experience in

  MRT & Jasper Reports

  , custom menu development, batch jobs.
• Strong skills in

  SQL, PL/SQL, Stored Procedures, Functions, Triggers

  (Oracle).
• Knowledge of

  Unix/Linux shell scripting

  .
• Good understanding of

  Finacle Integrator (FI)

  and its enhancements.
• Experience working on Finacle Core Banking modules and Core tables.
  

Functional Skills

• Strong knowledge of

  Finacle Core Banking

  functionalities.
• Good understanding of banking domainCASA, Loans, Deposits, GL, Payments etc.
  
• Knowledge in

  Finacle CRM, FINFADM, SSOADM

  is an added advantage.
• Experience working in

  Agile methodology

  .

Soft Skills

• Strong communication and client-handling skills.
  
• Self-driven, proactive and able to work with minimal supervision.
  
• Ability to guide/mentor team members when required.
  
• Good analytical, problem-solving and documentation capabilities.
  

Qualification

• Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  
• Finacle Certification from Infosys (preferred).
