The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Finacle customization and development , particularly with Finacle 10x . The role involves designing, developing, and integrating Finacle solutions to meet specific business requirements, ensuring seamless operations and compliance with all regulatory and security standards. Key Responsibilities: Customize and develop solutions within the Finacle Core Banking platform . Design and implement batch workflows , custom menus , and product menu customizations . Develop and integrate Finacle solutions with other enterprise systems and third-party applications. Work on FI (Finacle Integrator) related development tasks. Build and maintain Finacle reports using JasperReports . Maintain accurate documentation for all developments, integrations, and customizations. Ensure solutions meet security, performance, and regulatory compliance standards. Provide ongoing support for LOAN, CASA, and PAYMENT modules . Required Skill Set: Hands-on experience in Finacle Customization and Development (preferably in Finacle 10x ). Strong expertise in JasperReports for Finacle reporting. Proficiency in: Custom Menu Creation Product Menu Customization Batch Workflow Development FI (Finacle Integrator) Development Functional understanding of LOAN, CASA, and PAYMENT modules . Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and optimize existing Finacle code and processes. Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Prior experience working with banking or financial institutions is a plus.
