We are seeking an experienced Test Lead / Test Manager with 8 to 12 years of experience in software testing, specifically in Finacle 10.x or 11.x. The ideal candidate must have successfully led at least one Finacle upgrade or implementation project Responsibilities: Finacle Version 10.x OR 11.x experience is must Atleast 1 Finacle upgrade or implementation program done Monitoring QA testing activities to ensure the quality and functionality of assigned systems; ensuring timely and accurate test communication with Development Leads, Project Manager and Senior Management throughout the project lifecycle Assign tasks to the team members & manage workload efficiently Tracking project milestones and deliverables Keeping track of new requirements from the project Coordinate with users for inputs, review and approvals Responsible for Metrics Measurement and Implementation Report upon testing activities, including testing results, test case coverage, defects Ensure adherence to test processes Daily Defect Discussions Managing and monitoring work of team Finacle 11x, Finacle 10x, Implemenatation, Testing

Job Description Experience Minimum 5 years of Product experience in Finacle Core Banking product (Infosys/Edgeverve) Working experience on Finacle 11 requirement and product capability along with Customization architecture Experience in handling Finacle Interfacing requirements (Custom and Product APIs/Connect 24/Finacle Integrator) Need to have experience of direct interaction with Clients Technical Skills Good understanding of Finacle Product Architecture & Customization layers Finacle customization flow understanding (New custom menu, Reports - MRT & Jasper, Batch job, Product menu customization, FI, EOD-BOD process and debugging) Experience in best practices to be followed in Oracle (SQL, PL/SQL, Stored Procedures, Triggers, Functions) related to Finacle application Experience in Finacle scripting, Unix shell scripting and Report designing Good understanding of Finacle Integrator and feasible enhancements to the same Functional Skills Finacle Core Banking Functional knowledge Good understanding of Banking domain and terminologies used. Finacle certification from Infosys will be added advantage Finacle CRM and Admin module (FINFADM/SSOADM) Experience in following best Coding, Security, Unit testing and Documentation standards and practices Good to have experience in Agile methodology. QA Manager - Finacle Data Migration for Banking Project, overseeing test strategy, planning, and execution for data extraction, transformation, loading (ETL), and validation processes during the migration from legacy systems to Finacle 10.x/11.x.,overall QA strategy, data migration test plans, including source-to-target mapping, data profiling, and post-migration validation, validate data completeness, integrity, and consistency., mock runs, dry runs, and cutover validations., Finacle modules (e.g., CASA, Loans, Payments, Trade Finance) impacted by data migration, ETL tools, data mapping rules, and transformation logic, reconciliation and exception handling analysis, Finacle 10.x to 11.x migration, Finacle core banking data structures and modules (CASA, Loans, CRM, Payments, etc.), data migration testing frameworks, SQL, data profiling tools, and test management tools like JIRA, HP ALM, or QC, Unix/Linux, Regulatory and Compliance reporting validation, ISTQB Advanced Level Test Manager, at least 35 years in Finacle and data migration testing.
