As a member of the CSDO Ledger-Change Management team based in Mumbai, your role involves partnering with Global Process Owners in Finance to enhance the end-to-end Global Operating Model for Financial Books and Records processes. Your primary responsibilities include: - Demonstrating expertise in Software Development Life Cycle and stakeholder management. - Excelling in software testing life cycle and preparing testing-related documents such as test plan, Defect status report, Test cases, and test closer documents. - Ensuring coordination between internal partners, sharing testing plans, managing project changes, defect management, and remediation facilitation. - Preparing Test Plan/test cases & RTM aligned with BRD and FRD, presenting test scenarios & cases to stakeholders, participating in User Acceptance Testing, defect management, and triage call scheduling. - Participating in production go-live activities, handling setup related queries, and presenting results to stakeholders for sign-off. **Key Deliverables:** - Preparation of STLC related documents like Test plan, Test cases, RTM, Defect Log, and Test closer documents. - Liaising with business for project updates and effective communication with senior stakeholders. - Proactively addressing issues to senior stakeholders and representing the team in various forums. **Qualifications:** - 8-15 years of experience in SDLC & STLC. - Hands-on experience in stakeholder management & coordination with senior stakeholders. - In-depth knowledge of banking & financial products/services, financial systems, and general ledger processes. - Strong communication skills, ability to manage multiple activities, work under pressure, and attention to detail. - Technical skills in Microsoft Excel, Data Analysis, Microsoft PowerPoint, SQL (Nice to have). **Education:** - Bachelors Degree/University degree or equivalent experience. - Master's Degree preferred. **Certification:** - PMP, Prince2 preferred. In addition, you should have experience with the Full Suite Application, particularly Citi Bank's ledger management applications. Your understanding of financial systems and ability to manage end-to-end ledger tasks, including reconciliation and reporting, will be valuable in this role.,
