Job Brief

We are looking for a talented Sales Manager to administer our corporate sales and all digital marketing platforms. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of corporate clients and driving sales growth. You will identify new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, and develop customized sales strategies to meet client needs. You will also lead and motivate a team of sales executives, provide coaching and guidance, and track sales performance. The role requires a proactive and results-oriented mindset, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients. Identify new business opportunities and prospects within the corporate sector.

2. Create and deliver customized sales presentations to potential clients.

3. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements.

4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and delivery of services.

5. Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

6. Monitor digital marketing.

7. Track and report on sales performance and revenue growth.

8. Provide coaching and guidance to the sales team.

9. Stay updated on industry developments and best practices.

Requirements and Skills

1. Proven experience in corporate sales or business development.

2. Strong communication and negotiation skills.

3. Ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate clients.

5. Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

6. Knowledge of market trends and competitor activities.

7. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
