Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time position for a Field Officer (FMCG) located in South Delhi. The Field Officer will be responsible for managing and overseeing field operations, conducting market surveys, fostering relationships with retailers and distributors, and monitoring sales performance within the region. Responsibilities also include ensuring product availability, identifying opportunities for market growth, and addressing customer concerns effectively. The Field Officer will collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and provide feedback to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in market research, analysis, and customer relationship management
• Experience in FMCG field operations and sales performance monitoring
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Ability to adapt to dynamic market conditions and solve problems effectively
• Basic understanding of retail distribution and inventory management
• Educational background in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field preferred
• Previous experience in a similar role or FMCG industry is a strong plus
