Position: Field Technician – Service & Maintenance

Location: Gurgaon

Salary Range: ₹16,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Experience Required: 1–3 years

Role Overview

We are looking for a reliable and skilled Field Technician with prior experience in the lift/elevator industry to join our Service & Maintenance team. The role requires regular field visits for installation, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of lifts/elevators, ensuring smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out installation, servicing, and preventive maintenance of lifts/elevators at client sites.

Diagnose faults, replace parts, and perform necessary repairs.

Ensure equipment safety compliance and minimize breakdowns.

Prepare and maintain service reports, work logs, and parts usage records.

Provide customer support and ensure timely issue resolution.

Travel to different sites within Gurgaon/Delhi NCR as assigned.

Requirements:

Education: ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or related field.

Experience: 1–3 years in service, repair, or maintenance (mandatory experience with lifts/elevators).

Must have own bike with valid driving license for field travel.

Strong knowledge of servicing and maintenance procedures.

Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues independently.

Good communication, customer-handling, and reporting skills.

Willingness to attend breakdown calls if required.
