Job Description

Field Technician

Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, and test equipment at client sites
Diagnose and repair hardware/software issues in the field
Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal performance
Document service activities and maintain accurate records
Train clients on equipment usage and basic troubleshooting
Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in Electronics & Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field
1 years of hands-on experience in field service or technical support
Familiarity with diagnostic tools and software
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently and travel as needed
Valid driver’s license of 2 – wheeler’s (if have good)

Preferred Skills

Experience with [industry-specific equipment or systems]
Customer service orientation and ability to manage client expectations
