Field Tech Senior Associate - ITIL

As a Field Tech Senior Associate - ITIL at NTT DATA in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India, your role will involve providing support to end users in a client environment as a part of the EUC Team. Your work will be guided by operational and project objectives, and success will be measured based on SLAs, CSFs, and KPIs aligned to these objectives. Your responsibilities will include day-to-day incident resolution and request fulfillment following the ITIL framework. Additionally, you will be involved in IMAC activities for various IT equipment and peripherals, such as desktops, laptops, monitors, and printers, as required. It is essential to continuously learn new technologies based on business requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Provide support to end users in a client environment - Work towards operational and project objectives, measured by SLAs, CSFs, and KPIs - Resolve incidents and fulfill requests following the ITIL framework - Perform IMAC activities for IT equipment and peripherals - Stay updated with new and emerging technologies based on business needs Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of experience in end user computing, IT support, and asset management - Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows, Office, COTS, and end user hardware support - Good understanding of the ITIL framework - Experience in using ITSM tools like Service Now, Remedy, etc. - Good communication skills in English (written and spoken) - Ability to perform general office requirements - Willingness to work on rotational shifts 24x7 - Travel, including overnight domestic trips, may be required NTT DATA, a $30 billion global innovator of business and technology services, is dedicated to helping clients innovate, optimize, and transform for long-term success.
