Hi
We are hiring for Field Support Engineer @ Chennai / Sriperumbadur
1. Need to understand our application and able to communicate this with
the client and the other stakeholders.
2. Need to understand the functional activities in the Apex production plant.
3. Need to understand the issues/concerns raised in the production plant.
4. Need to coordinate with plant teams, printer vendors, and the Oasys
team to ensure smooth operation and timely issue resolution.
5. Escalate issues to the project team and assist in implementing corrective
actions.
6. Submit daily/summary reports to the project manager for evaluation.
