Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team. The role involves installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and customer support for advanced analytical instruments (such as XRF, XRD, and related laboratory/industrial equipment). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronics, instrumentation, and analytical techniques, along with excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Perform installation, calibration, and commissioning of analytical instruments at customer sites. Carry out preventive maintenance and breakdown service to ensure maximum uptime. Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, electronic, mechanical, and software-related issues. Provide technical training and application support to customers and end-users. Maintain accurate service records, reports, and documentation. Coordinate with the service team for spares planning, warranty claims, and escalations. Ensure compliance with safety standards during all field activities. Represent the company with professionalism and build long-term customer relationships.
