Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Field Supervisor to join our team at Rodic Consultants Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate should have 2 years or more of experience in the power sector and hold a Diploma in Electrical/Electrical & Electronics Engineering from a recognized University.

Roles and Responsibility

Supervise and coordinate field operations to ensure efficient and safe project execution.

Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues.

Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

Analyze data and reports to optimize field operations and improve performance.

Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of electrical systems, electronics, and control circuits.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Familiarity with industry-standard tools and equipment.

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

A relevant diploma is required.
