Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Staff member, located in Ahmedabad. The Field Staff role involves day-to-day tasks such as conducting customer service activities, troubleshooting issues, providing training, and analyzing data. Qualifications

• Excellent Communication skills for interacting with clients and team members
• Bike/Driving license is compulsory
• Customer Service skills to provide outstanding support to clients
• Training skills to educate clients and team members
• Ability to work independently and on-site in Ahmedabad
• Previous experience In Field work is a plus
• Relevant educational background or certifications are beneficial
