Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Gurgaon for a Field Services Engineer. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as providing technical support, performing field service, troubleshooting equipment issues, conducting preventive maintenance, and ensuring excellent customer service. The Field Services Engineer will work closely with customers to install, repair, and maintain healthcare equipment, ensuring operational efficiency and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience in Field Service and Preventive Maintenance
• Strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Ability to work independently and handle on-site responsibilities
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
