Job Description

Job Title: Field Service Technician

Location - Vanaz, Pune – 411038

Qualification:

Diploma in Electrical (Dip – Electrical)
ITI / B.E. in Electrical or Electronics

Experience:

2 to 3 Years

Job Responsibilities:

Carry out PCB troubleshooting and repairing at workshop and customer sites.
Perform motor repairing, testing, and fault diagnosis.
Provide field service and on-site technical support to customers.
Handle installation, testing, commissioning, and servicing of electrical equipment.
Work on electrical panels and basic automation systems.
Attend breakdown calls and ensure minimum downtime at customer locations.
Prepare service reports and maintain service records.
Coordinate with internal technical and service teams.
Follow safety standards during service and site work.

Key Skills & Requirements:

Strong knowledge of electrical circuits and electronics.
Hands-on experience in PCB repair and component-level troubleshooting.
Knowledge of motor testing, insulation testing, and alignment.
Understanding of electrical panels, wiring, and automation basics.
Good problem-solving and communication skills.
Willingness to travel for site visits as required.
