Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Service Technician located in Panaji. The Field Service Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing inverters, servo systems, battery and online UPS systems. Daily tasks include diagnosing technical issues, providing customer support, conducting site inspections, and ensuring proper documentation of service reports. The technician will work closely with the support team to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Servo, Inverters, battery and UPS systems
• Ability to provide technical support and conduct site inspections
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Effective communication skills and customer service orientation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant technical certifications or a diploma in Electronics Engineering
• Experience in the power backup industry is an advantage
• Possession of a valid driver's license
