Field Service Technician

As a Field Service Technician, your role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining equipment or systems at client locations. You will utilize your technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a strong focus on customer service to ensure the efficient and safe operation of equipment. Your responsibilities will include: - Performing on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment or systems. - Troubleshooting and promptly resolving technical problems. - Conducting routine maintenance checks and inspections. - Educating customers on proper usage and basic troubleshooting of equipment. - Completing service reports, documentation, and customer feedback forms accurately. - Maintaining tools, parts inventory, and service vehicle (if applicable). - Ensuring compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines. - Collaborating with technical support, engineering, or sales teams as needed. - Responding to service calls and emergencies during or outside normal working hours (if required). - Keeping up-to-date with product training and technical developments. Qualifications required for this role include: - ITI Fitter, Electrical, Diploma. - 6 Months - 1 year of experience in a similar field service or technical support role. - Solid understanding of systems or equipment. - Ability to read technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively. - Basic computer skills. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule and the work location will be in person.,
