Job Description

The Service Technician will be responsible for installing, servicing, and repairing IFB appliances such as washing machines, dishwashers, microwave ovens, and other home appliances. This role requires strong technical skills, problem-solving ability, and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service. Key Responsibilities Installation & Setup Install new IFB appliances at customer locations according to company guidelines. Demonstrate product usage and provide operational guidance to customers. Maintenance & Repair Diagnose and troubleshoot appliance malfunctions. Perform repairs using authorized tools, techniques, and spare parts. Conduct routine maintenance checks to ensure optimal performance. Customer Service Handle customer complaints professionally and provide effective solutions. Educate customers on proper usage and preventive maintenance. Maintain a polite and professional demeanor during service calls. Documentation & Reporting Record service calls, repairs, and parts used in company systems. Update service logs and submit daily/weekly reports to the supervisor. Compliance & Safety Follow IFB safety protocols and quality standards. Ensure compliance with warranty policies and service procedures.
