About the Role: We are looking for a skilled and reliable Service Technician to join our team, responsible for on-field installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of battery packs and Energy Storage Systems (ESS) at customer sites. The ideal candidate should have hands-on technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and a customer-first approach. Key Responsibilities: Install, commission, and service lithium-ion battery packs and ESS at client locations. Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, wiring, and connectivity issues. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance. Coordinate with the engineering team for escalated technical issues. Ensure proper documentation of service reports and customer feedback. Train customers/end-users on safe usage and basic troubleshooting. Follow all safety protocols and quality standards during service work. Requirements: ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or related field (Bachelor’s degree a plus). 2+ years of experience in on-field service for electrical/electronic equipment (battery/ESS experience preferred). Strong knowledge of electrical circuits, wiring, and tools. Ability to read technical drawings and wiring diagrams. Willingness to travel extensively for service calls. Good communication skills in Hindi and English. Physically fit to handle equipment and tools.
