Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Service Executive located in Mumbai. The Field Service Executive will be responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and addressing any issues that arise. This role involves regular interaction with merchants to onboard them to PhonePe services, providing training and support, and maintaining records of all interactions. The Field Service Executive will also work closely with team members to achieve targets and contribute to the overall success of PhonePe's initiatives.
