Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Service Engineer located in Rudrapur. The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance for Desoutter's tools and systems. The role includes ensuring the proper functioning of the equipment, assisting customers with installation and operational problems, and offering timely and effective solutions. Additionally, the Field Service Engineer will maintain regular communication with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and service quality.

• Field Service and Technical Support skills
• Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance skills
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Relevant technical certifications or a degree in a related field is a plus
