Field Service Engineer

You will be responsible for on-site customer visits for installation and support to resolve all technical issues, including both technical and non-technical issues. Your duties will involve service and troubleshooting of embedded systems, as well as integrating systems of PLC or non-PLC based machines. You must be willing to travel as and where required. To be considered for this role, you should have a Diploma in Electronics, Mechatronics, or Electrical, along with 1-2 years of relevant experience. Key skills required for this position include service and troubleshooting abilities, customer-oriented and relationship management skills, a proactive and analytical problem-solving attitude, attention to detail, and a self-driven approach.
