Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Service Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for on-site installation, commissioning, and product demonstrations of process instrumentation equipment for our customers.

The role requires hands-on experience with positioners, pressure transmitters, and flow meters, as well as the ability to deliver exceptional technical service and customer support.

Key Responsibilities-

• Perform on-site installation, commissioning, and product demonstrations for customers.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues at customer sites.
• Provide remote technical support via phone or video conferencing.
• Test and configure instruments according to technical specifications.
• Prepare and submit detailed test and service reports for repaired equipment.
• Collaborate with the inside sales team to offer technical expertise and support for client requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements

Educational Qualification: Diploma in Instrumentation Engineering

Experience: 3–7 years of relevant experience in field instrumentation service

Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Good communication skills to clearly and effectively support customers

Practical experience with:

Positioners

Pressure transmitters

Flow meters
